75 HP 4000/8000 RPM AC Motor with ABB ACS600 DTC Drive System
OVERVIEW
We can help you with your component testing
applications with our precision speed controlled, 75 HP, 4000/8000 RPM, DTC (Direct Torque
Control) drive system. The system includes a 75 HP TEBC (totally enclosed blower cooled)
motor with a base speed of 4000 RPM and top speed of 8000 RPM. An encoder mounted inside
the motor provides for 0.01% speed regulation. To control the motor, we use a
state-of-the-art, digitally controlled ABB ACS600 DTC drive mounted in a NEMA 12 fan
cooled, single door enclosure. An adjustable motor base enables you to set the vertical
position of the motor shaft between 29 and 43 inches.
