OVERVIEW

We can update your new blanking line when it requires additional press speed and cycle controls. If future additions of associated conveyor speed control without major wiring is an issue, we can create the expandability you need.

For this application upgrade, Devicenet was the control method chosen and an Allen-Bradley* SLC5/04 selected as the main control. The drive package that completed the new system was the ACS604 AC Direct Torque Control drive with a standard NEMA frame AC motor. The original motor speed control was a DC unit.
