25 HP 3600 RPM AC Motor with ABB ACS600 DTC Drive System

OVERVIEW

We can help you with your component testing applications with our precision speed controlled 25 hp, 3600 RPM direct torque control drive system. The system includes a 25 hp DTC motor that is totally enclosed, blower-cooled with a speed range of 0 to 3600 RPMs and an encoder mounted inside that provides for a 0.01% speed regulation. A state-of-the-art digitally controlled ABB ACS600 DTC drive mounted in a NEMA 12 single door enclosure is used to control the motor. To make the unit
self-contained, the operator controls are mounted on the door of the drive system enclosure. “Auto/Manual” selector switch and terminals for wiring in optional external Start/Stop and speed reference circuits are used for your convenience.
