Upgrade CNC, Axis, Spindle Motors & Drives with GE Fanuc 18 TB CNC Controls

OVERVIEW
The new system addresses the high maintenance cost items associated with these machines. Spindle drives and motors, servo drives and motors, and the CNC control itself is retrofitted with a direct replacement control system. The replacement servo drives and motors are supplied with High Resolution Encoders and IP 67 Sealant. Existing push button operator panel is re-used. The CNC Enclosure and the Main Enclosure are replaced. The existing field wiring from the Main Enclosure to the machine junction box is replaced by a labeled wire harness pre-terminated in the main enclosure. |
