Linear Transducers
A linear transducer is a device that measures linear displacement. The transducer converts position or displacement from a mechanical reference into an electrical signal containing phase and amplitude information.

In systems that require precise calibration or dynamic, servo-controlled motions, the transducer can determine absolute position at high speeds as the transducer moves from the reference point.

Typical applications that use linear transducers include robotics, machine tooling, PCB assembly, CNC mills and lathes, and measurement equipment.
