...I wanted to commend Galco and especially Theresa Rice for helping me out with a new Yaskawa drive that we purchased.
Our company has a policy that a tracking number is required before we can clear the order off our system and invoice our customer. Theresa was very diligent in following up with the OEM so this tracking could be provided. This made my job a lot easier and that was appreciated VERY much !!
Galco has always been very efficient with customer service and working with us WHENEVER possible. I know that Lesley (Serra) and Theresa are a big main reason for this, and believe me, it is noticed by everyone at our company. I wish every vendor I dealt with was this efficient and helpful.

I had been on the phone for three days, trying to find a part for my router, and was becoming very frustrated when Jim came to my rescue. He was not only courteous, but located the part I had been looking for, and took care of my problem. I believe that you are fortunate to have such people on your staff, especially in today's world, when so many customer service people are anything but service oriented. I'd like to put a feather in the cap of Jim Foote. He bent over backwards to make sure my order went through and helped me out. He did follow-up on it and called me the next day; he tracked the order to make sure it was coming here. I haven't had service like this ... for a while, and it was really refreshing to get that type of service again. Jim Foote is a really good guy on the counter, it seems. I got in a little hot water with my bosses, and once they saw what Jim did, they said 'make sure you call and let them know that this guy is a very good guy.' Jim Foote is a jewel in the rough ...
I am writing this correspondence to commend Galco for its professionalism and service in my latest quest for info and parts on my ABB drives. I have been totally impressed. I still cannot believe the effort your Drives Support Specialist went to last night to assist me with looking for parts after normal business hours. I am sure glad I came upon the company of Galco and the individuals that have helped me so far. Your Drives Support Specialist has even offered to assist me in programming my new ACS550 drives over the phone.

Recently we called Galco in to investigate a problem with the high speed spindle drive on our five-axis mill. We knew this would be a difficult and challenging task. They were able to correct the problem, and the mill has performed flawlessly ever since. Plus, we avoided having to make the significant investment of replacing the failing drive. We really appreciate the continued support and quality provided by Galco.

... I was in desperate need of a transistor for our California facility for a unit that was down at one of our TV station customers. I called several vendors and they were either out of stock or had long lead times. I checked the Powerex website to look for other distributors for this part and found your company ... My engineer was extremely pleased to receive the part, fix the unit and ship the system back to our customer in a timely manner. Being in the weather radar business, when a system is down, it is necessary for us to get our customer back up and running as soon as possible ... I will definitely be ordering more parts from Galco in the future.
