Overview
Constructed out of high‑conductivity wrought aluminum with heavy‑duty wall thickness Electro‑tin plated for long lasting corrosion resistance. Internally beveled barrel provides easy cable entry. Color‑coded end caps for easy identification. The Type YS‑A is a high‑conductivity aluminum tin‑plated compression butt splice for use on all combinations of aluminum to aluminum, aluminum to copper, and copper to copper conductor materials.
Prefilled with PENETROX compound. Connectors clearly marked with color code, and wire size.
