Acme's TB Series Industrial Control Transformers are especially designed to accommodate the momentary current inrush caused when electromagnetic components are energized...without sacrificing secondary voltage stability beyond practical limits. Acme's TB Series transformers are dry-type, step-down transformers with the secondary control circuit isolated from the primary line circuit to assure maximum safety.
Voltage regulation of Acme's TB Series transformers exceeds standards recommended by the National Electrical Manufacturers Association. Secondary circuit voltage drop between no-load and momentary overload remains exceptionally low. This excellent secondary circuit voltage regulation assures reliable operation of electromagnetic components and may permit the use of a smaller and less expensive industrial control transformer.

Ideal for indoor use, T Series Dry Type Distribution Transformers are ideal for many industrial settings and have a long life. By being closer to the load, T Series can minimize line losses. Its resin encapsulation yields an elimination of corrosion. Single phase are available in up to 25 kVA, or 250 kVA for shielded applications. Three phase are available up to 75 kVA, or 1000 kVA for shielded applications. T Series would be effective in hospitals, theaters, educational facilities, office buildings, or any other similar applications. The shielded versions can handle harsher conditions, such as in chemical facilities or water treatment plants.
