Couplings are designed to transmit torque between drive and driven components via metallic hubs and flexible disc elements. The combination of these components provides high torsional stiffness, low inertia and zero-backlash with accommodation for misalignments. This product is available in either single or double-cardanic disc design to meet your specific needs. Couplings, suitable for horizontal or vertical applications, are constructed in a variety of geometries providing a torsionally stiff, zero-backlash platform optimizing the balance between low-inertia, coupling performance and application requirements. The disc design allows for misalignment and high ambient temperatures while remaining torsionally stiff.
