OFF-SITE BOARD REPAIR & CALIBRATION SERVICES

You can also send us your unit for quality repair and/or calibration at our facility.  Galco offers services on a wide range of products by many manufacturers, including temperature controls, batch counters, process controls, chart recorders, volt meters, ammeters, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and digital readouts.  Refer to the calibration section of our Repair Manual for pricing information.

THREE LEVELS OF SERVICE

Level I:  Single Point Testing / Verification Audit
Units that pass will be tagged and dated.  NIST Traceability documentation will be provided on the test equipment used in testing.

Level II:  NIST Calibration with Short Form Documentation
All units will be fully calibrated according to NIST and ISO specifications.  NIST traceability documentation will be provided on all test equipment used in testing.  Calibration certificates will be provided on all calibrated units.

Level III:  NIST Calibration with Long Form Documentation
All units will be fully calibrated according to NIST and ISO specifications.  NIST traceability documentation will be provided on all test equipment used in testing.  Calibration certificates will be provided on all calibrated units.  Complete data sheets including before and after calibration data will be provided on all calibrated units.
