Once your request is submitted, you will receive a repair tracking number before sending your item.
Carefully package your equipment and include your repair tracking number with the shipment. Be sure to complete the Repair Packing List Form so our technicians can quickly begin diagnostics.

Once received, our technicians begin diagnostics and evaluation to determine the best repair solution.
If you decide not to approve the repair, your item will be shipped back to you at no cost. Upon passing our evaluation and your approval, we will then proceed to run a static check on your item and then proceed to disassemble, wash, and dry your item.
Once your item dries and is reassembled, the troubleshooting process begins. After confirming that complete functionality and proper performance are restored, a tracking number will be sent to you when the item is shipped, allowing you to track it as soon as it is on its way back to you.

Once approved, we complete repairs using component-level diagnostics and verify operation with thorough testing.
