Hammond's 1436 series of wall mount enclousres are a type 12 mild steel junction box with a lift off cover and screws. They're designed for use as instrument enclosures, electrical junction boxes or terminal wiring enclosures. These enclosures provide a degree of portection from falling dirt,dust,oil and water. They're UL 508 Type 12 and 13 and complie with NEMA 12 & 13, IEC 60529 and IP54.
