Series F18 modules come in an industry standard package offering nine different circuits in a variety of diode, scr and hybrid configurations. The modules can be used individually or as power control building blocks. Their high thermal efficiency assures long life and reliable performance. Suitable for line applications up to 600 volts RMS. Maximum output current per module ranges from 25 amps through 105 amps DC output current.
