The LV Series of high‑power charging plugs and receptacles are designed for fast charging of battery‑powered machines and systems. These charging connectors also satisfy EN 1175 requirements for a higher current‑carrying capacity, and as a result, optimize the flow of current and preserve the life of the battery.
A red keying plug is used for charging wet batteries with 120A, 250A, and 380A, respectively, and prevents mismating of the connector effectively.
The high‑power connectors are ideally suited for modern fast chargers as used for industrial trucks, thus catering to the interests of the material handling industry which aims at shortening the times for charging the vehicle battery. Charging faster means reducing downtime and saving costs.
