The M50 series modules utilize highly efficient thermal management to provide high surge capability, long life, and reliable performance. These industry standard packaged power modules are designed to control AC or DC variable voltage output up to 40KW. All modules come with standard .250" quick‑connect terminals for easy installation. Eight standard circuits provide a wide range of diode, scr and hybrid configurations for single phase operations. Suitable for line applications up to 480 volts RMS.
