These single diode modules come in industry standard packages. The modules can be use individually or as power control building blocks. Their high thermal efficiency assures long life and reliable performance. Four different package sizes allow for a maximum output current of 600 amps for standard diodes and 240 amps for fast recovery versions. Blocking voltages are available as high as 2600 volts for both standard diodes and fast recovery modules.
