These single scr modules come in industry standard packages. The modules can be used individually or as power control building blocks. Their high thermal efficiency assures long life and reliable performance. Two different package sizes allow for a maximum output current of 800 amps for standard scr's and 335 amps for fast switching versions. Blocking voltages are available as high as 3600 volts for standard scr's and 1200 volts for fast switching modules. Turn off times are as low as as 25 microseconds.
