Up to 2500 Amps Up to 760 Volts Single or Three Phase High Insertion Loss UL; cUL; CSA Approvals EMC filters attenuate the EMI/RFI caused by the power switching devices (IGBTs and SCRs) which are common in today's motor drives. They are used wherever motor drives or other electronic power converters share a common power source or are in close proximity to other electronic equipment. EPCOS filters can bring most motor drives into compliance with limits set by the FCC and the European EMC Directive.
