The WSS Series offers fractional horsepower, stainless steel, washdown duty motors. The inverter‑duty motors use a shaft slinger on the drive‑end bearing with double lip seals and O‑rings on the endbells to eliminate moisture. In addition to the standard 1.15 service factor, the WSS series is suitable for 50 Hz operation with a 1.0 service factor. WSS motors have a NEMA 56C frame and the fan cooled models are CSA certified for Canada and the United States.
